Is it easier to run a solid 54 kms at your own steady pace and own your own terms,
or,
run the same distance in staggered stages of varying length, over 2 and a bit days, with your recovery time governed by the pace of others in your team?
So many possible answers!
Some may already know the answer from experience.
Some may say both sound easy. "Can I do it twice?!"
Some may say that there is nothing easy about running that distance in any format.
