How would you Describe the Kangaroobie Klassic?

Someone asked me the other day how I would describe the Kangaroobie Klassic to someone that hadn’t attended the event.

I told them it was a little bit like the Warrnambool Foreshore Triathlon crossed with Tough Mudder held in the Garden of Eden to the soundtrack of a mid 90’s Big Day Out. To an outsider it would appear the event is run by a slightly more buff version of the cast of Fawlty Towers and it is attended by lots of people that should probably know better but just can’t help themselves.

They walked off half way through my description but I am sure they were rushing away to enter a team.
